Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from thiscontract within fourteen days withoutgiving any reason. Thecancellation periodis fourteen days from the day on which youor a third party named by you, who is notthecarrier, have taken possession of thegoods. In order to exercise your right ofwithdrawal, you must inform us (Mr. Christian Brand/ Project 1, Ringener Str. 33, 53 474 Bad Neuenahr, E-mail address: contact@objekt-de.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification on the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, except for delivery costs, with out undue delay and at the latest with in fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or handover the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if yousend the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear thedirect costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and whose manufacture depends on an individual choice or determination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
